poor service

This clinic employs "doctors" who do not listen to the owners of the animal. Adoption is sloppy and fast. But each patient is individual, with their own problem. The animal owner must be fully aware of the treatment process. There is a quick vaccination and prescription here. I would like to know if it would be nice for them to have the same attitude when they go to their GP when they see patients.
