Hello! I wrote this complaint to someone to remove those unpleasant emotions I had to give when visiting Salon Creatif. When signing up with the hairdresser, I warned in time that I wanted to dye my hair in the “balayage” technique and please make an appointment with a master who really knows this technique. Arriving at the salon, I quickly realized that it would be very difficult to communicate with the master, because she could not say a word in Canadian. My knowledge of Italian is very mediocre and I also choose not to speak Italian. It was necessary for another girl to translate everything, I did not exaggerate... My hair, I think, was damaged. I said very specifically that I wanted to raise the roots higher and did not want to paint them in a different shade,but to merge with light balayage. The roots did not rise higher and painted me in a very unpleasant tone. After a month I will go to another master to take out the paint and restore the balayage. If you are a fan of high service, if you respect your national language and yourself, I definitely do not recommend going to this salon.
