Questionable Service

I'm just confused about how this loan application is handled. Ready-made answers (negative) appear in principle immediately from the N-Th creditors, and some lenders seem to think and think for a long time. My application (a 5, 000 USD consumer loan with a normal income) took a whole day. Until the end crystallizes one who needs knowledge from vsaa. When I didn't answer anymore, a completely different lending company "from another planet" would appear in the email, both to me and to someone who wasn't even looking for anything like that.
