Shameless fraud!
I ordered a washing machine at the end of December. I received the invoice and paid immediately. Delivery was promised on 08.01. We waited that day, the man stayed home to bring it up. We did not expect a call from the courier... I called them, no one answered. We called from her husband's number-picked up. Said the goods will be with them soon and send to us. Delayed delivery until 11.01. We waited again, the man stayed home again. We did not expect anything. We called, wrote sms and e-mails - silence... 12.92 we continued to call from both numbers. Did not answer. Then we wrote an sms - if you don't call within an hour, we will turn to no taboos, polishes, ptac... I called right away! With the words: "what are we talking about? I promised you that the delivery will be 11.01. Wait" we: "but today is 12.01 and the goods are not!". They:"oh I'm sorry"... We started asking for money back and after a while they just hung up. We wrote an e-mail that if the product is not delivered or the money is refunded by Monday (now today, 15.01) we will consider it a fraud. At the moment - no delivery, no money. How can it shamelessly deceive people? We read the comments on sudzibas.info late... But how can it be that if other victims have already turned to ptac and the police, why has the fraudulent website not been closed so far?
