Hello, I wanted to draw your attention to the incompetence of Myfitness Domina Branch administrators, be careful and rely only on the contract, there are no administrators worth listening to because in my experience - these give the wrong info. Of course, it is also my fault that I did not look at the contract, but relied on what the company's employee said. ;) thing as follows - I had decided to skip a certain period of time and not attend a fitness club. I went to the fitness club to find out if I did not need to freeze the subscription or perform any other activities... To which the club administrator answered me - no, because I have an open-ended contract and I need to freeze subscriptions for those customers who have fixed-term contracts. I ask again - then I do not need to freeze the subscription for the following months with an open-ended contract. Said that, of course, when you want to resume, then you will pay a monthly amount and go to the club. It takes two months and the head of the club calls me with a pleasing message that I owe them 88 AU$ for two months and the next current month has already started, so a total of 132 AU$ of you. : ) of course, you can also throw a stone in my field for not looking into the contract, but I want you not to rely on the work of administrators, because, as you can see, the employees are not fully competent to do their job. : )
