Please be advised, numerous emails, calls were made to wells fargo and asc in order to obtain evidence of mortgage purchsed as recorded on deed. Ruta is the top seller of the unkind Varakinsins store. I needed matches and there was no penny in the wallet. I gave 10 dollars. The seller seeing the paper money remained unkind and says shout there is no point of change. If I don't have a penny, what do I pay? This store exchanges people very often who do not follow suit. One woman had to pay 17 dollars but at the box office asked for 46. This is one case out of hundreds.
