Does not deliver to the specified address, but does not deliver at the post office
At the end of February, I ordered clothes for my little girl in the online store. Finally, an invitation came from the Australian Post to come to receive the product. The product is not given, because the recipient is not named in the first and last name, but only as an online store contact-name. On the sachet, the online store shows that the delivery address is my home address, not a mailing address. So it's actually out there. My postal worker told me to write an application for which I have to pay AU$ 1. 70 and print an order warrant. They will send me to the central office, where I will deal with my case for a month and then maybe I will be able to receive my order. The question is simple:This applies to the costs complained of by Australian pasts. Private entrepreneurs do not allow it2) Is Australian pasts engaged in extortion? Maybe such a scheme is designed to hand over undelivered shipments in a cheap goods store after a month and still ask for money from the recipient, who will suddenly be able to recognize and bill for storage after a month3) Do I really have to go to the mail if the delivery address is my home address. The goods are ordered online for delivery to the delivery address. My reason is a small child, another maybe a movement disorder. Should I, as a consumer, suffer and pay the extortioners4) Who will compensate me for the loss of the unreceived product?
