Leo Lapsa or Ilja Lusevichs

"Leo Lapsa" (probably a fictional name and surname) from Devonport is a big fraudster. He offers to go to work in Sweden, lying and telling what people want to hear - good pay, paid fuel, living, etc. In order not to expose "Leo Laps", he says that he has not opened an account in Australia and that all the money is sent by ferry tickets to Ilja Lusevichs' account number. Although Leo Lapsa had paid for Tallink ferry tickets, they were later canceled. Don't fall for the wicked lies of John Fox, as he can deceive many people, possibly even by naming himself.
