Order Failure
Hello, We live abroad. In time (08.12.2020) we ordered a Christmas gift from Rd Elektronics online store for our parents. Immediately came confirmation and information that the product will be ready for withdrawal on 23.12.2020 after 18:00. The money was immediately withdrawn from our account. 23.12.2020 myself in the morning I called Rd Elektronics information phone to find out maybe the product is already available and parents can not wait for the evening (i.e. I. E-mail infi was after 18:00). The result rd info operator told us that your goods are not and will not be with us. If we (rd operator) - we see that the order is accepted, the money is withdrawn, no information to you that the customer was not provided - if,but the goods we do not have and did not have.., and more... - if you want to get your money back please email us an application for some amount to any account order #. Rd Elektronics2020 left my parents without a Christmas present - I just share my experience. PS I applied for + 10% moral compensation of the application for refund, which rd Elektronics also decided to simply ignore as if I had not mentioned anything. Rd Elektronics is not a serious patron where to order gifts for your loved ones
