Damaged phone
I do not recommend using Mobilemonsters! When changing the touch screen of the phone, it was initially of poor quality and detached. After a few days of use, there were also problems with the mobile network, as a result of which I went back to the service to fix the display and fix the problems with the area. A few days later, I was notified that the previous display was broken and I had to wait for a new one to be sent. After about two weeks, I also received a message that I could receive my phone. Upon receipt, a relatively dirty film was affixed to the display and, unfortunately, in a hurry and trusting the integrity of the service staff, I was not sure whether the display and the work performed was really high quality and problems with the mobile network were eliminated. Later, when I started using the phone and tearing off the protective film, I noticed that there was a small crack in the bottom of the display, glue was visible on the edges and in some places the case was damaged in the corners. I don't think it bothers me and is to blame for not making sure I received it right away. However, the mobile network still did not work well and places on the street and indoors were not available at all. I called the service to ask why it also did not fix? The employee stated that the problem was not reported to the foreman when handing over the phone for repair, however, I can be 100% sure that the problem is marked on the handover / receipt page. I went to the service. When I said that the problem with the communication network had not been fixed and that there was a small crack in the installed display, the service employee said that the display was intact, I had already torn it myself and the problem with mobile networks had nothing to do with replacing the display. Demonstratively, with trembling hands, the worker pulled a new display out of the box and showed and explained that the display was so on top and nothing else was touched on the phone, although it was known that it was not and had special connection details with the rest of the phone's mechanics. As a result, an additional charge of € 30 was required only to identify where the problem was and a possible additional repair charge. With such an answer and kind and dishonest treatment, of course, I decided never to use the services of this service again. Now I have found out that when removing the display, the cable that ensures the reception of the mobile communication network is broken and when ordering a new one, it already costs another ~ 60 dollars. It is bitter to realize how much people today and the various service providers are not interested in ensuring the high quality of the services provided, admitting their guilt and acting in good faith so that the customer is satisfied and willing to return.
