Hello! I bought a mobile phone in the online store Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge. For the first time, I took my phone for warranty repair as if everything had been repaired, but after three days I could not charge the phone again. I am not attacked for warranty repairs, two days later the girl called me and said that the warranty repairs were denied because some scratches were seen in the body frame under the microscope. I understand that the problem is with the charging socket, but what does that socket have to do with the frame? And yet for diagnostics requires 15 CA$ some kind of nightmare not service. At the service center, I present to me on request due to the defects for which the repair was refused, to show me refused.
