I received my order of 6 different items and each item was wrapped in separate plastic packaging besides the plastic bag used to ship the product. Ordered (1) pair of denim jeans from American eagle, paid $20 extra for overnight shipping. That was on the 18th of February. It is now the 26th and customer service refuses to refund me untill I wait (10) more days?!!! All they say is, sorry, we sent you and email with a coupon code for 20% off...

Original review posted by user Dec 17, 2020 Spoke with customer service on 12/11/20. Was guaranteed delivery by 12/14/20. Still nothing as of 12/17/20. User’s recommendation: Stay away!
