I'm happy!
On the way to the store, I looked at both the bed and the mattress and placed the order with a signed document confirming it. As the bed model and mattress are walking, I was promised to fulfill the order within about 5 working days and we agreed on a specific date to contact. I received both a call for the order to be ready and kind service upon receipt of the goods, as well as assistance in loading the bed and mattress into the car. In return, I received both the documents confirming the purchase and advice on the warranty and what to do if the product is found to be defective. The double bed is easy to fold and move, the mattress is comfortable, the seam is good. I liked that I could do everything alone -I was able to bring the mattress to the apartment and put it all together quickly. I am satisfied with the product and service.
