Attitude

Hello! Unfortunately for myself, I had entered the fabric store in Abakhan, 240 Maskavas Street. The mood was spoiled for the whole day. Long lines and unkind salespeople. But the crown of everything is the store manager Dita - she just makes fun of customers, looking into their eyes. That complacent family and answers "what do you want, if you don't like it, go elsewhere". Attitude as a market. How can such an uneducated person work in the field of customer service?! .
