I can not get any help from Amazon

I am trying to register a Fire and it keeps saying wont connect. I continue to call for help and it puts you in a big circle of automated messages. You simply cannot get to a human. User’s recommendation: Don’t expect any help from Amazon. You can not get to a human being for help.
