No free shipping

I was charged 30 dollars in shipping when I thought prime customer’s have free shipping I was also sent a email that I would be refunded 119.00 on two occasions for not using all my prime benefits and nothing has been refunded yet

Lost and never received order

It was delivered on my front door and took picture but I didnt received it ! When I got home, its never been there but the picture said it was delivered! What a #%^ !!! User’s recommendation: Be sure that the owner signed it or text and or call first!!!

Very rude customer service/ package delayed no help
