The charging plug it’s defective

I have the Lifejacket model IMW570 Serial number mid239****. I’m very happy with it but the plug in the rear to charge it because defective and will not charge. It doesn’t allow the cable end to enter properly and connect. Can you help.

Earbud battery failure after one week of use

My mother bought these for me at a Walgreen’s in South Philadelphia. I used them for a week until today (April 3, 2020, if you’re reading this) the battery drains in ten seconds after putting them for full charge. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy them. Ever! Not even for your kids.
