Please!!!!! if you know what i know dont ever buy altec lansing product customer service sucks lord forbid u do purchase one of their products u might as well donate the money to someone in need

I have had two Altec Lansing. Don’t buy it

I was given a mini speaker Altec Lansing. It stopped charging within four months of purchase. It was replaced by company and the replacement speaker stopped working in 6 months. So frustrating to have such a faulty product. I definitely would not recommend this company or product. I am a disappointed customer

DON’T BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!!!!

I bought a lifejacket speaker and it stopped charging after a few months. The customer service rep was rude and said there was absolutely nothing they could do and he wouldn’t help. Wasted $300.
