When we finally found the bed model we wanted to buy, only the OR furniture store went to meet us and agreed to build a laundry box with a lifting mechanism so that it is a certain size from floor to bed. gap (no empty words, before that we went to several stores, where we were simply offered other models or refused and did not look for an alternative). For a long time we could not choose a mattress and although the store opens at 19:00 did not drive us away, but on the contrary said not to hurry, because it is important to choose a suitable mattress. So we stayed until about 20:00 and calmly made our choice. After reading all the complaints, we were worried about buying a bed + mattress here or not, but we took risks. Promised to make the bed in 3 weeks. Exactly 3 weeks later there was a call that it will be delivered tomorrow. That's how it was, it was delivered (with 2 hours late, but we were warned about it and I think it's a trifle because it was after work and we were home anyway). The model and color of the bed as well as the mattress all corresponded to what we ordered. We're very happy with the punctuality, the approach and the courtesy.
