In February 2019, we booked a trip to Turkey in September 2019 at the Kipsala Travel Fair. Make a reservation with the price, departure date and departure time 7. 00 in the morning. Upon arrival at home, a contract is sent by e-mail in which the departure time appears at 17. 00 in the evening. Call and ask why so, says that during the exhibition a lot of reservations, so some kind of error in the system. You can safely pay the advance and say that it guarantees 99% that the departure time will remain in the morning. I pay the advance. The show ends, takes a few days to call and says the departure time stays in the evening, as this trip is only with Turkish airlines departing in the evening. I ask why the reservation says morning time - departure in the morning with air Oceanian and it is more expensive. I ask how much you can't answer just say a lot more expensive. Offer another room with a sea view instead (price on the hotel website at an additional cost of 118AUD) or cancel the refund in advance. When leaving for an evening flight, we meet at the hotel at night and one day is lost, so I also say let's make a discount for this day, but such an option is not possible. I would like to add that we ordered two families together for 8 people. Simply if they had honestly said during the exhibition that departure in the morning was not possible (as put in the reservation for fools) would have considered another option on the spot at the exhibition with another operator. The exhibition is through and prices are now higher. I do not recommend this office - a kind representative with 15 years of experience in the tourism industry Stasy Kucerenko. When we placed the order and had to pay the money - very kind,but when we refused and asked for a refund the money remained very cool as ice.
