today I took the little ones to Vagi2, the session starts at 13:40, we arrived after the tickets at 13:20... At that moment there was one box office, a line of about 10 people, who each have two, three children at hand, respectively, each still has to buy popcorn, drinks, chips... 13:30 opened the second box office, which did not improve the situation much, because the line was already twice as long. Of course, the beginning of the film was delayed, I brought the children to the cinema hall, where it was already dark, stumbling and falling to their places. The children are disappointed that the start of the film is delayed... and it is a pity for the many people who stayed behind us, who came in one by one for about 25 minutes. Spectators are spoiled watching the film, new entrants are even more late. It must be saidthat, for the second time, our family is facing an understaffing in this cinema. At least self-service machines would have been set up for those who only want to buy tickets...
