Poor service

We ordered a cooker hood from this company. First of all, there was an invoice with VAT (the price with VAT is indicated on the website - it is written next to the price of the product), although this company is excluded from VAT payers. When I called, I asked to remove the VAT, I was told that the price remains the same (as with 21% VAT), we will only adjust the invoice by entering the same amount without VAT. An invoice with 0% VAT arrived, which is also incorrectly documented. But perhaps it is not so important that the information provided by the consultant (name - oyster) was incorrect. It was clear and unequivocally in the telephone conversation whether this cooker hood comes with a set of charcoal filters (which was also recorded on the website, I asked questions by phone only for clarification), to which the consultant answered that yes, they were in the set. When the product arrived, of course, we did not see any filters. It was important for us that the filters come as a set, because separately they cost quite expensive - around 20-30 USD. Next, during the conversation, the consultant said that he did not remember that he had said so and that the set did not include filters. The information changed within a week. Unfortunately, we wasted our time (shipped only after a week and a half) due to incorrect information. I do not recommend anyone to send any items to this company.
