I was told by Allens supervisor items were in process and I would be receiving a tracking number in two days, that was more that 5 days ago. Please give update on this information User’s recommendation: Talk to a supervisor that may or may not help. Speaking to supervisor still haven’t resolved issue I’m disappointed in service.

We opted for the faux wood blinds from Allan + Roth (purchased from Rona in Canada) and before long I noticed some of the horizontal vinyl blades were warping in a C shape.
