Selling the product in a damaged package

Today I received a pre-ordered tablet computer tc Origo Rd Elektronics store on the 2nd floor. The seller tried to impose insurance. Bring - packaging scraper, the other side dirty, one curtain spread cardboard top layer. Looks like the best case removed from the showcase, the worst case - used! Doesn't the customer need to be notified? Very bad business model. I will never be in that bode again and I will not start for others.
