permanent loss of electricity
In the house where we live periodically in the evenings for a few hours there is complete or partial shutdown of electricity, for The residents are not informed in advance either by the house administration or by any other institution. In the evenings, when it is already dark, the electricity is switched off in some or all apartments and in all rooms., as a result, all household appliances are also switched off, thus causing damage to household appliances as well as other material losses (files on the computer, food in the refrigerator) as well as threats to the health of the inhabitants of the house in the dark climbing room there is a high chance of falling and injury.Personally, I worked out for 8 ~ 9 hours and when I was cold in the house I would like to have a hot tea or something warm to eat at home, but since everything is heated and cooked on electricity. I would like to know whether the institution of failure to do so is that people are denied basic household items and the resulting dangerous situations will compensate me for material damage. As a result of this power outage, I will be harmed by any of the household appliances on my property, or will I damage my health as a result of injury or frostbite?!
