There is one young doctor in this department who considers himself a super-outstanding personality and is very proud to be a surgeon, but at the same time treats patients with contempt because these people are not worthy of him. If he is unable to make the right diagnosis for someone, he immediately blames the patients for all his mistakes. He may show arrogant or degrading treatment of the patient, but is willing to serve in front of the management if necessary. It turns out that for a doctor, his personal interests and benefits are more important than patients, and proving something valuable to him is more important than it really is. It can already be said that a person is created by the environment to which he is exposed, but still - who can create such an environment, if not the people themselves? And it's sad to see that, in the new doctor's view, patients are just the material to use to build a perfect career.
