My Alfawise HDP300 Projector doesn’t support Netflix any more

My Alfawise HDP300 Projector doesn’t support Netflix any more and I get a message to contact the manufacturer but I can’t find any way to do this. I tried to update the projectors software but it doesn’t proceed ether . User’s recommendation: Poor after sale support.
