Poor service

Before handing over the phone for repair Rd Elektronics activity asked how long the repair will be promised a maximum of 2-3 weeks. small glass damage. After a week I called the server confirmed that 2-3 weeks and everything will be ready. It took 1.5 months to call and ask on the phone and ask why it takes so long if promised 2-3 weeks time to do it with which I answer that there are no details and when the bus is unknown. Can they be trusted? Just a deception...
