I went to use a gift card that included a full body massage, a face mask and light therapy. Massage and face mask were provided for the occasion, but light therapy was missed. It was explained to me that it was too bright outside and the cabinet did not have blinds, so the light therapy lamps did not work. It was also added that it is therefore trying to enroll customers for this service later. My appointment was for half past one, when it was, of course, still bright outside, and I had not been warned in advance that the service would not be provided for that reason. I am not claiming compensation or other compensation, but I am leaving this message for information - if you also have this service, find out if you can get it at all so you don't have a long nose.
