Poor service

Can I somehow inform people that a bus will not run today... Today we with people stood at the stop for 35 mins and waited for the 60th bus! There was no information about the bus delay at all! After 35 minutes in it and did not arrive transport! And I didn't have to just cross the bridge, but I had to drive 2 vehicles to the hangar. Terrible service!
