poor service
Well, finally, my nerves couldn't stand this company either, to be more precise, their customer service! I have not experienced such painful customer service and incompetence for a long time. On the third day, there is no Internet, no TV, and no unnecessary landline phone included in the set. I spent one evening running around the phone and pushing all the possible buttons on all the modems in the house - one on the 1st floor and two more on the 2nd floor, periodically turning off the computer and picking up the landline phone to make sure nothing was happening. After 2 hours I was running like a dog, only after the gym the morale is at a much higher level. The next day no one came to fix anything. The next day the mind hung up again and now we have to wait again tomorrow. Absolutely don't look at the contacts you give them. Fairy tale, I won't be tomorrow, but I can call my mother's phone.
