poor service
Well, finally, my nerves couldn't stand this company either, to be more precise, their customer service! I have not experienced such painful customer service and incompetence for a long time. On the third day, there is no Internet, no TV, and no unnecessary landline phone included in the set. I spent one evening running around the phone and pushing all the possible buttons on all the modems in the house - one on the 1st floor and two more on the 2nd floor, periodically turning off the computer and picking up the landline phone to make sure nothing was happening. After 2 hours I was running like a dog, only after the gym the morale is at a much higher level. The next day no one came to fix anything.
