Two days before the daughter's anniversary, my wife and I decided to unpack the phone and turn on the phone, look at the "gift", the phone does not turn on, tried to charge, no results. The next day, I complained to LLC "MOBILUX" in the store "1Shop.info", in the "MOBILUX" service center for half an hour and told me that something that had broken down, of course, started football because the phone had probably been dropped. and it should lead to Sony Ericsson expertise. As far as I understand, handing over the phone to LLC "MOBILUX" for sending to the examination I would lose at least a week, because the examination usually takes at least three days, but the daughter's anniversary, after two days, which, of course, is waiting for a gift! I decided to hand over the phone for examination in person. All due respect to the repair group MTTC at 62 chaka Street, whose specialists were able to understand the situation, promptly and objectively assessed the defect of the telephone, which, of course, was not related to mechanical damage, or any other reason for disclaimer of warranty. SIA "MOBILUX", of course, on the same day, without "special" reproaches, changed the phone, but no moral rewards for reproaches, as well as material rewards for individual expertise, did not even apologize, only, the manager pressed the elevator button, safe to fasten faster! As far as I understood from what I was told in the examination, the possible problem with the phone was with the region, because there was no US on the packaging. Such phones are imported from other countries and the software for the respective region, such as United Kingdom, is reinstalled on the spot, there are not always successful versions of the programs! To avoid such situations, I might recommend that others, unlike me, insert a SIM card in a store and use the phone right away!
