Hello! I have both a complaint and a question. the bus that drove across the Vanesis bridge. Knowing how I have an e-ticket with trips, I would like to register a trip, but noticed that the e-ticket is not where I usually put it. The bus was full and so I had a hard time standing at the door and looking for an e-ticket in my bag, I found a seat between the seats near the driver to put the bag and check the e-ticket elsewhere. Without finding the e-ticket in other places, I thought about how I lost him, and began to look for money to buy a ticket at the driver (at this time the bus arrived at the bridge without leaving at half past one).At the time, there were controllers on the bus, and as I understand it, they noticed me from the moment I got on the bus and saw that I was looking for an e-ticket. But the moment I started looking for money, the controller came to me and asked for a ticket, I explained to him that I could not find it and I wanted to pay for the trip to the driver. He did not allow me to buy a ticket and again asked for a ticket and said that if not then pay a penalty. Of course, while she was talking to me, the bus had already arrived at the next stop, she was asking to get out and asking for documents to write a sentence. During the scan, I even found the e-ticket, so I didn't find it a few minutes earlier. Due to the fact that I have a student discount, I really didn't have to register a trip yet. I explained the situation to the controller as I just entered, I could not find the e-ticket and could not buy a ticket from the driver. He did not want to hear anything and issued a fine of 30 USD. In such a situation, even if the controller saw the whole situation from the moment of boarding, does the controller have the right not to allow the ticket to be bought by the driver?
