Shameless Great Krecule
I understand that a person may get tired at work, but Great Krecule's attitude was incompetent. Together with my mother I came to unlock the bank, she did it, muttered the whole process under her nose, then I had a second question, which she vaguely asked me, then in a nasty tone practically shouted at my mother, about who he is. I really understand that you can get tired during the day, but customers need to be served as they should, not to raise their voices if I don't understand something, and the phrase "Who are you at all" to offend my mom. He could not normally explain what a card limit and an ibanka limit are. Mood spoiled and the rest of the day.I will no longer enter this Ibanka branch.
