We arrived at the hotel at 6:00 for the shuttle to the airport, When I called the Hotel they said I would have to wait for the 6:30 shuttle, our flight was at 7:15 so we couldn’t wait, Please refund my acct. the $44.37 that was charged. Susan Duffett
Tried to book online, system error said “reservation cancelled, your card will not be charged” – it was, even though I was sent cancellation confirmation, and nobody to contact to resolve the situation. Ended up spending an hour on the phone to my bank to resolve. User’s recommendation: Book direct with the parking provider.

Do not use this company to book a parking reservation. Any company that does not provide a customer service number to speak to a representative DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
