We ordered a Telstra router because their offer to use shortcut tv + films for 6 months for free also seemed tempting, but the reality turned out to be quite different. Without receiving the promised e-mail with the shortcut password, I called Telstra several times, promised at the beginning to wait a bit, but now I say that as far as I have registered the shortcut myself and once used the 30-day free version, I don't deserve anything. Where then did the promised 6 months of free tv stay? We are very disappointed in customer service and will continue to use AuMobile internet + tv. Telstra is not recommended
