Fraud

I insure my sauna through the insurance company American Insurance House. The sauna burned down and I turned to this company for a cash refund. After a while, I received a spin, which they refused to compensate me for the loss. Invented 1000 reasons not to just pay. Real scammers and africans! PS I would like to add that before the accident, when I was just going to insure my property through the American Insurance House, they were very kind and polite, but when I came to claim a monetary refund, they show your true face.
