Info on consumer rights. If the seller has not delivered the product Once the purchase has been made on the website, the seller is obliged to fulfill the order within 30 days from now. The only exception is if the consumer has clearly and unequivocally agreed with the trader that the deadline will be different - then the seller is obliged to deliver the goods by that deadline. If the online store has not delivered the product within the specified time, the consumer has the right to request that he delivers the product within the additional time. However, if the consumer does not receive the goods within the specified time and the receipt of the goods is no longer relevant, then the consumer has the right to immediately unilaterally withdraw from the contract and refuse the order. In the event of termination of the contract, the online store is obliged to refund all amounts paid under the contract without undue delay. An online store cannot insist that a consumer accepts a late delivery and pays for it.
