Poor service
2020. G.1. In August I took to Dvc in MeZhciems, Hipokrata Street 37, Quebec to repair the monitor. Promised to take diagnostics and call within 3-4 days. I'm glad. After a week, I call myself and ask what the results are - the answer follows that there is a very complicated monitor "Samsungs" and the master is still engaged in diagnostics. The name of the master is not revealed. After waiting for two weeks, the answer follows that in order to perform diagnostics, it is necessary to order parts for this monitor for testing... It is promised for each call that it will be called back in half an hour, but no callback followed. It takes another month to order incomprehensible parts. Then, after a week and a half, it is finally announced that the monitor cannot be repaired. Repair costs will be the same as purchasing a new monitor. Ok, the monitor needs to be collected.Again, the monitor returns in two weeks after several calls and dvc visits. However, when you return the monitor, the power supply does not return. This is followed by another promise to bring tomorrow... And again, two weeks have passed, but the promise has not been fulfilled. So, from August 1 to October 25, 85 days have passed and the monitor is still not fully returned. There have been 4 DVDs and several calls. Wasted time and nerves. Maybe you should not undertake to do what you do not know and apologize for my lost time and failure to keep my promise! Very unprofessional service. Wonder how such computer services exist! I do not recommend this computer service to others!
