Breaking promises and disrespecting customers
I want to share with the people you will experience if you connect to Mobile Monsters mobile device service. I called them in the middle of August 2019 and asked if I would be able to carry out repairs to the phone, naming the exact parts to be changed and the phone model. Said that within an hour. The wife took it and they say that it will take OK either day. A call after these 3 days tells me that the repair will delay VEL for 10 days because the parts didn't come either OK call after another 10 days and I am told that I have to wait another 4 days for the parts came but a big queue! THIS is the worst customer service. Our company will never be associated with them again! Be careful with them...
