i had requested a return label and instruction for the 4th time without respond. Also I was chsrged $60.00 and the price at the purchase ws $40.oo. If not resolve asap I will be forced to dispute the chargesMadeleine rezkorder 766835
Wrote the Better Business Bureau of NYC for help. Aerosoles did not respond to them. Disconnected numbers, no e-mail response, no msg response. Take the money &;; run is their motto. User’s recommendation: Avoid them. A.
UPS said it was delivered, but it never was. I reached out to Aerosoles directly and they said there is nothing they can do until it is resolved with UPS. Lousy. Because in the meantime, I don’t have my shoe order. Additionally, their customer service doesn’t keep me up to date. UNHAPPY with this service and communication
