I returned my aerosoles shoes because they were too small and I have not heard back anything. tried contacting via phone and e mail. I bought the shoes in January and returned them in February. I did not know that aerosoles has a webside for returns where you need to get it authorized. So I just went to the post office and mailed them back User's recommendation: do not buy shoes there.
