Fraud, poor service, damage
I bought a mobile phone in the Tele2 store and it could no longer be switched on the next day of use (it had not fallen, there was no other damage). The phone was delivered to the tele2 customer center through which, in turn, was sent for warranty repair to mttc, zemitanu street, Quebec. The answer was received from mttc that we are to blame because the phone has mechanical damage. Going to tele2 after the phone, I found that the phone body mttc is worth breaking open all around - obvious and unambiguous hacking traces. There were no such damages when handing over the phone for repair and it was not fixed by a tele2 employee. Of course, the warranty repair was denied and the amount that was requested if I wanted to make repairs (change the motherboard) - 407 CA$ (phone value - ~ 370 CAD).I repeatedly contacted mttc directly with a specific complaint about the work done and hacking the phone, again I was denied that I had hacked the phone myself. And most importantly - I took the phone to the computer for ambulance, on Chaka Street, in Quebec, there the software was updated for 50 CA$ and the phone works, there are still body damage from the work of mttc employees, whose hands are growing from the package. Needless to say, someone wanted to earn 400 dollars for updating the software. Of course, all the documents have been saved, with the names and surnames of the diagnosticians - I wanted to contact ptac, but well, let's do without them here.
