Poor Service
Smart lv. I bought a coupon where it is said that for 30 dollars I can get one type of hair coloring, cutting and styling., then said that will have to pay up to 10 dollars. In the salon I was greeted by a non-Canadian speaking, rude-minded hairdresser - N. shelusenkova. I realized that she does not understand at all what hair trend I'm talking about and what it is at all, unkindly stated that I have to bleach my hair first, then only can get the shade I want. I agreed. When the hair was already dyed in the second, desired shade, my administrator informed me that I would have to pay another 30 dollars, because you see, the coupon only indicated one TYPE of coloring. I was overwhelmed with a million unpleasant comments. In the end, the hair color came out completely different, not at all close to what I had shown, the hair follicle was cut in half the head, so that now I have to unpin it so that I don't look like the Beatles actors. In the end, I was asked to pay 15 dollars with a comment to read more diligently next time what is written on the coupon. The most awesome hairdressing experience I recommend to anyone!
