Scammers

Stay away from this business. We took the laptop for repair. There was liquid on the keys. On the day the toll is said, look at the fault and report it, because if the repairs are too expensive, I will not repair the computer. The man who adopted the computer claimed that if only the keys needed to be replaced, then the repair would cost 35 dollars (approximately), if the fault was deeper, it would call. Promised to call the next day. So for three days we called them ourselves and answered each time, "the computer is in the process, we can't say anything more." What was clear was that they had not even approached the computer. How can a computer be in the process. It's an hour's job to open up, determine fault, call and report. The co-worker could decide what to do next (correct or not). The slaughter can be said humanely,if there is a large queue, etc. Instead of powdering the brain with the text: "The computer is in the process, we can call you tomorrow or in three days, nothing is known." On the fourth day, we called and told us not to fix the computer, we would take him back to what they agreed to. The next day we came back and told us that the computer was broken and they could not give it back to us now, at the earliest after 40 minutes. In anger, we said that we called yesterday and said that the computer did not need to be repaired. We told him to enter the room where the computer is standing and take a picture of him and show us if everything is ok with him. (Because as far as death is heard, these fraudulent companies dismantle computers, change parts, steal something, etc.). And at that moment, the man who works there starts to tell us that he is not here at all, but is upset on the service on New York Street. In short, the egg was already lying. Then suddenly he says he will be brought in after 10 minutes. We waited outside at the entrance and when we entered we gave us a computer. (It is suspicious that after 10 minutes somewhere on New York Street someone fixed them and brought them to the river street - unreal). The man says that if the repairs are difficult they tend to take the computer to New York Street for repairs there. Because in my case there was a stuck motherboard (something like that). And I have a question again, so why didn't anyone call me and say that we won't have to change only the keys here, but the problem is deeper, as we had agreed on the first day?! Next - we called the service on tallinas street and asked if your service tends to cooperate with RNG company? To which the man answered us that yes. Every now and then they're bringing computers for repair. Then we asked him if they had a Toshiba computer for repair today? And they replied that it had not been.We angrily called RNG and told us that our computer was not on New York Street at all. RNG told us that the masters on New York Street do not advertise that they are cooperating with us, that we replied that they were happy to tell us that you are cooperating now and then. RNG replied that there are two masters and we probably called the false. In short, we lied openly on our faces. Reading a previous complaint about this repair shop (written by a guy who worked there), it became clear that they were engaged in something fraudulent again. Wolf time, lied, etc. Let's take the computer to a normal master, who will hopefully tell us whether any part has been changed or damaged due to RNG. Avoid these scammers.
