We just moved into a new home. ADT is part of the community. I really did not want this company because they don’t live up to the expectations. The installed the system ( skybell) , apparently they are no longer with RING. The installer told us we had 3 days to cancel….
I have had multiple problems regarding my siren going off and the sound can not be heard from my front porch. ADT told me to over ride over if my sensors because it kept going off. They never disclosed to me that each separate window sensor has its own separate battery…
Call to cancel my ADT account after 18 years of being a customer and they would not cancel it until 30 days from the date i Called. I will never use them again. User’s recommendation: Do not use them. They are way expensive and very unreasonable.
