ADP withholds court ordered support payments from my ex husband’s check every week and yet I receive payments whenever ADP decides to send them. I can’t pay my rent, bills, medical expenses, etc. on time and sometimes not at all. This has been happening off and on for 7 years. HELP!!!! User’s recommendation: Do Not Use ADP.

I called into get a copy of a 1099. It did take me a few steps to get to the right person (and on hold for an extended period of time) however the customer service was friendly and the person that helped me accomplish my agenda was fantastic. His name is Mohammed Sohel.
