Management destroys staff
I don't know if the complaint will find hearing ears, but something needs to be done... Which hospital is looking for nurses for a long time? Stradini. Why? Because there is work, but no salary. There are departments where "voluntary" staff sign documents to reduce salaries. No one should protest loudly for fear of repression. There are many ways to circumvent the law so as not to transfer too much money to an employee. Even a deceased family member is not a case worth helping, although the law provides for 1x benefits. Money should be saved, and so everything is accounted for, even needles. The staff of the board is growing with significant salaries, but the nurses are forced to work 3 jobs to survive. There is no health insurance. Nurses are afraid of their health deteriorating,because there is little chance of receiving support and help. The staff in many departments is sometimes rude. Why? Where to take strength, working with overload and still not even being able to save for your health, not to mention other things... Doesn't anyone really see how our best colleagues are forced to leave the border! How much longer will management like to "make fun" of the staff?!
