This is such a horrible, unethical, inefficient company. They charge a ridiculous amount for contact lenses and then supposedly offer rebates that require a crazy number of hoops to jump through. As an employee with special kindness, this public institution does not stand out. Shefi inadequately permits the use of rudeness, so to speak, showing his power.
