Poor service

We ordered food (pizza and soup) with my girlfriend. Brought after 30 minutes, but it doesn't matter, because you have to be able to make u. TT, but when she brought the pizza she was already cold, the feeling was that she was ready already, but stood and brought it. It's as good as buying a pizza to take home and not reheating, it was so cold she was. Nothing can be added about soup, all right.
